Mr. Queirolo founding Partner and Director of Davinci Trusted Partner. He is currently responsible for the distribution of Allianz GI funds for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, and Jupiter Asset Management for Latin America, serving clients from private banks, regional banks, family offices, brokerage firms, investment brokers and independent financial advisors, among others. Santiago has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to DAVINCI Trusted Partner, Santiago worked 9 years as Partner & Head of Intermediaries for Latin America at Compass Group. Previously, he was Sales Manager for Latin America at Aiva-Skandia for 10 years, and in the beginning of his career, he was Private Banking Assistant at Bank Boston in Uruguay.
Mr. Queirolo has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de la República in Uruguay and received a certificate from the Securities and Investment Institute in London.

James Whitelaw is a founding Partner and Director of DAVINCI Trusted Partner. He is currently responsible for the distribution of Allianz GI funds for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, and Jupiter Asset Management for Latin America, serving clients from private banking, regional banks, family offices, stock exchanges, investment brokers and independent financial advisors. James has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to DAVINCI Trusted Partner, James worked for 13 years at Franklin Templeton, Vice President – Senior Sales Executive, where he was in charge of the promotion of Franklin Templeton Offshore products in South America excluding Brazil. Previously, he was Sales Manager for Latin America at Aiva-Skandia for 7 years, and in the beginning of his career, he worked as a money and investment desk assistant at BBVA in Argentina.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de la República in Uruguay and a certificate from the Securities and Investment Institute in London.

Sebastián Ochagavía is a Partner and Director of DAVINCI Trusted Partner. He is currently responsible for the distribution of funds for the institutional and alternative segment for Latin America. Before joining the firm, Sebastián was Regional Manager at Allfunds for four years, in charge of the markets of Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay. Previously, he has worked at Compass Group where he was in charge of the distribution of managers such as PIMCO, AQR, Nomura, Eastspring, WisdomTree, Vanguard and UBS as well as the development of the alternatives segment with managers such as Cinven, Lexington Partners, PIMCO, Bain, etc.
Previously, he was at BlackRock covering the institutional segment in Chile and Peru.
Sebastián began his career in the financial market as an investment analyst at Corso Inversiones, a family office linked to the Solari family.
Sebastián Ochagavía is a commercial engineer, graduated with distinction from the University of Chile.
Country Head Brazil
Federico has been working in the financial industry since 2011. He is currently DAVINCI’s Sales Manager for Brazil, responsible for the distribution of Jupiter Asset Management funds for the Brazilian retail market.
In addition, he works at Aiva as Relationship Manager in the Financial Planning area, serving independent financial advisors, family offices and regulated structures that provide investment and wealth management solutions for retail and wealthy clients in Brazil.
Previously he worked for 8 years in the Uruguayan subsidiary of Banque Heritage as Relationship Manager of Private and Corporate Banking for high-net-worth Brazilian clients. Practically all his professional experience is focused on the Brazilian market.
He is a Uruguayan citizen, graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Montevideo in 2013 and holds a Certificate in Financial Investment Techniques from the ISEDE business school at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
Country Head Argentina
Esteban holds an Economic degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and in 2018 he approved the master’s in finance courses from the same university. In 2019 he performed satisfactorily the Level 1 exam from the CFA Program.
With more than 8 years’ experience in the financial sector, Esteban started his career in the Portfolio Personal’s commercial team (PPI). Prior to DAVINCI Trusted Partner, he worked as a Vice President in the Santander Argentina Investment Banking team participating in the execution of multiple structured finance transactions including syndicated loans, debt capital markets issuances, export & agency finance loans and corporate finance for main banks clients regionally.
In 2021 he was appointed as responsible for leading Sustainable Financing alternatives, advising clients in green loans certification and compliance with ESG standards.
Business Development & Product Specialist
AIgnacio is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad de la República del Uruguay. In 2022 he completed his MBA at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina.
He has 10 years of experience in the Accounting and Financial area in different firms. Prior to joining DAVINCI he was part of the Aiva team as Quality Business Executive for 3 years, providing services to a broad client portfolio from different Latin American countries.
Business Development & Marketing
Agustina Bravo works as Sales Assistant at DAVINCI Trusted Partner. In 2020 she started her career in the financial sector, carrying out various internships. In that same year she started at UBS; in 2022 she then joined Aiva, and in June 2022, DAVINCI Trusted Partner called her to be part of its team.
Agustina has a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Montevideo, along with a Diploma in Finance, Marketing and Advanced Portuguese. She is currently in the first semester of a postgraduate course in Investment Portfolio Management, also at the University of Montevideo.
Legal & Compliance | Uruguay
Florencia is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, having focused her practice in the financial and corporate areas. Prior to DAVINCI, she worked at renowned law firms in Uruguay, among others as a senior lawyer at Bragard, as well as in the «Corporate and Banking» department of Guyer & Regules.
Her experience includes providing ongoing advice to securities market participants, and she also has extensive experience in regulatory matters. Recognized by prestigious international publications such as «Legal 500», «Latin Lawyer» and «Chambers & Partners, Latin America» for her performance in the Banking and Finance, Project Finance and Corporate/M&A sectors. Award-winning and invited lecturer by the Central Bank of Uruguay for research related to securities intermediaries. She has been a speaker at several events and author of publications related to her fields of practice.
